The main SBM administration office will close at 5pm on Friday 19th December 2014 & reopen on Monday 5th January 2015.
The phones will be diverted during this period and service calls will be responded to within working hours on the following days in December; Monday 22nd, Tuesday 23rd Wednesday 24th (up to midday), Monday 29th, Tuesday 30th, and Wednesday 31st (up until midday). The phones and service department will also run all day on Friday 2nd January 2015.

If you are an existing customer…
Please make sure that you have checked your toner stocks before the main office closes, and order any low toners, as deliveries will be delayed during the above period.
Please could you also ensure any meter readings required for December are returned to SBM no later than midday on Friday 19th December, any readings not received by this time will be estimated before the office closes.
